We are very excited to announce the launch of RewardsFocus.
While we remain a part of Charlton Consulting Group (and Charlton Consulting Group will continue to focus on providing custom cloud-based applications for compensation and benefits), RewardsFocus will concentrate exclusively on helping employers tell their total rewards stories to their workforces.
We believe this is an opportune time to launch RewardsFocus for several reasons:
- Talent is in short supply and attracting and retaining top talent is more critical than ever before – Here in the U.S., unemployment has dropped to historic lows, making attracting and retaining employees a major challenge. At the same time, organizations are realizing that their human capital is their primary competitive advantage.
